Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their concerns, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, ensuring that customers feel heard and understood.

  • Determine the customer's concerns and schedule the necessary appointment to meet their needs.
  • Communicate with customers in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and valued.
  • Document and update customer records accurately and efficiently.
  • Establish and maintain great customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals.
  • Uphold arenaflex's standards of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

* Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented attitude.

  • Proficient computer skills, capable of managing multiple systems, and able to type 40+ wpm.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!
  • Must be located in Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, or Iowa.

Work Environment and Requirements

* Remote work environment with a dedicated workspace.

  • Ethernet connection only (must be hard-wired to router or wall port).
  • Minimum speeds: 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload.
  • Maximum ping: 40 ms or lower.
  • Must provide own equipment, including:

+ Minimum of 2 monitors (dual-monitor setup required). + Webcam (built-in or external). + Smartphone. + Headset with microphone. + Keyboard and mouse. + A computer, either a desktop (PC Windows) or a laptop with a working webcam. + Processor: 1 GHz or faster with 2 or more cores (e.g., Intel i5 – 2430M @ 2.40GHz or equivalent). + RAM: 8 GB minimum. + Storage: 64 GB or more. + System Firmware: UEFI with Secure Boot enabled. + TPM: Version 2.0. + Graphics: Compatible with DirectX 12 or later with WDDM 2.0 driver. + Operating System: Windows 11 required (Apple/Mac devices are not supported).
