Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including data entry, customer service, and administrative support. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless execution of tasks and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as responding to emails and phone calls
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols
Essential Qualifications
* 4-year college degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 6 years of experience in a management position with 5 or more direct reports
- 2 years of experience managing directors
- 10 years of experience working in data entry and administrative roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills and friendly approachable behavior
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills and the ability to manage financial transactions
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, ATS units, PDU units, chillers, pumps, air-taking units, CRAC units
- Proven history of people management and team building
- Ability to troubleshoot and think critically
- Experience with SLAs and proactive issue recognition and reporting
- Ability to follow exact and complete support methods, framework documentation, and issue tracking procedures
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Proactive and continuous learning of Amazon's business and key technologies
