Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Engineer to join our team in the Eastern US timezone. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll work closely with our Enterprise customers and partners to build large-scale applications using our visual development platform. Your expertise will help customers maximize their investment in arenaflex, providing technical guidance, solution development, and deep understanding of customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Enterprise customers and partners to build large-scale applications using arenaflex's visual development platform
- Provide technical guidance and solution development to help customers maximize their investment in arenaflex
- Develop deep understanding of customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and arenaflex's product roadmap to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
- Participate in customer success planning, strategy development, and execution to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
* 6+ years' experience in Enterprise technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or similar roles, with the ability to tailor your message from individual contributor to CXO
- Familiarity with software product development lifecycle, including Agile, and at least one frontend development language (e.g., Flutter, React, Angular, etc.)
- Solid understanding of application architecture, including infrastructure and platform stack for large-scale applications
- Strong understanding of how AI can accelerate application development workflows
- Based in Central or Eastern US timezones
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or similar
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide creative solutions
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with arenaflex's visual development platform or similar technologies
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, DevOps, and containerization
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and applications
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
