Experienced Full Stack Customer Facing Data Scientist – AI & Machine Learning Solutions

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Facing Data Scientist (CFDS). As a CFDS, you'll be the face of arenaflex, directly interfacing with our partners around the globe to design and develop machine learning applications and solutions based on our platform. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their pain points and develop tailored solutions that drive real business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Facing Data Scientist (CFDS) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Interacting directly with customers to design and develop machine learning applications and solutions based on the arenaflex platform
• Conducting and managing data science projects with customer's vision of success in mind in collaboration with their data science teams
• Building a long-term trusted relationship with the customer so that the customers can be led towards success
• Understanding and empathizing with customers' pain points of building AI solutions
• Solving various problems for clients, making an impact across various domains and industries such as Banking, Insurance, Finance, Health, e-commerce, Marketing, Oil & Gas
• Being the face of the company and our AI/ML expertise, directly interfacing with our partners around the globe (together with sales team)
• Understanding the market horizon for innovations in data science and utilizing those to solve customer problems
• Becoming an expert on the arenaflex platform and associated tools to teach, enable and support our customers in building their own applications
• Collaborating with Data Science, Engineers, Product, to design customer's solutions
• Working in a fast-paced environment alongside accomplished engineering, product and data science team members

Key Skills Required

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 5 - 10 years of experience solving complex data problems using Machine Learning
• Expert in ML modeling and Python coding
• Customer-Facing Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills; proven ability to partner with enterprise stakeholders
• Preferred prior experience in AI services industry or startup environments; domain experience in finance, is a plus
• Generative AI: Applied experience building LLM-based solutions (is a plus) and generative workflows
