The Role
As an Inside Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships with our existing customers, gathering requirements, and negotiating terms to provide our products to a wide variety of industries and applications. Your primary focus will be on digital communications, including live chat and email, with customers. You'll be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers via phone calls, emails, and live chat
- Identifying and investigating customer requirements and providing solutions to meet their needs
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations to provide customers with quotations
- Negotiating the terms of agreements and closing sales
- Providing superior customer service to increase sales opportunities
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and upselling special promotions
- Checking quantities in inventory and order progress with suppliers
- Gathering market and customer information to provide feedback on future buying trends
- Identifying new markets and business opportunities
- Aiming to meet or exceed sales targets
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic sales professional with a strong background in industrial/technical product sales, B2B sales, or customer service experience. You'll need:
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent sales experience
- Strong math skills and the ability to learn technical product applications
- Computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, and the ability to type 40 WPM
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong team player with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to demonstrate creativity and initiative in a sales environment
- High level of professionalism with strong attention to detail
