Position Overview

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping our subscribers overcome common issues such as account access, billing updates, password resets, and promotional code applications. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you'll be empowered to make a real difference in people's lives. With our beginner-friendly onboarding program, you'll receive comprehensive training to ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.

Core Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through live chat and email dashboards
  • Assisting users with login troubleshooting, subscription management, billing questions, and navigation support
  • Utilizing prewritten templates and structured workflows for efficient responses
  • Escalating advanced technical or billing disputes to senior support teams
  • Maintaining accurate, clear notes and proper ticket tagging for each interaction
  • Staying aligned with the brand's friendly, helpful written communication style

Requirements to Get Started

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A laptop or desktop computer with Google Chrome browser
  • A stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps speed)
  • A typing speed of at least 45 WPM

  • Self-motivation and focus during independent work hours

Compensation & Scheduling Details

* Starting pay: $25/hour

  • Opportunity to earn $30–$35/hour after 30 evaluated shifts with strong QA and customer satisfaction ratings
  • Shifts are self-scheduled weekly using an internal scheduling tool. Morning, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available based on your preference. Minimum commitment: 15 hours per week.

Training Timeline

Our comprehensive onboarding program includes:

  • 2-hour onboarding walkthrough covering systems, workflows, and customer support best practices
  • Hands-on simulation exercises with chat and email ticketing
  • First live shift reviewed by QA for feedback and support
  • Paid work typically begins within 3–5 business days after completing training

Example Shift Flow

You log in for a Monday 5 PM–11 PM shift. You help a user redeem a loyalty discount, assist another in recovering a forgotten password, and guide a third through upgrading their subscription plan. Every case is handled through clear, templated written messages—no phone conversations, no Zoom meetings.
