Experienced Customer Care Representative – Remote Support for arenaflex Travelers

Job Overview and Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Researching and resolving complex customer complaints regarding arenaflex or alliance partner products and services, including cases involving customers with disabilities (CRO) and the Department of Transportation (DOT)
- Handling escalated cases on behalf of arenaflex's executive offices, Premier members, and complex issues that require specialized support
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure that escalated issues are thoroughly addressed and responded to
- Providing subject matter expertise and escalation support to frontline Customer Care agents and external contact center groups
- Conducting research to identify root causes of customer complaints and developing effective solutions
- Ensuring that all cases are properly documented, represented, and addressed
- Participating in special projects as assigned to drive continuous improvement and excellence in customer care
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need: ### Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
- At least 2 years of customer service or contact center experience
- Strong subject matter expertise or working knowledge of arenaflex's Contract of Carriage, policies, procedures, and initiatives
- Excellent written communication skills and strong verbal skills
- Ability to interact professionally with personnel at all levels of the organization, external business partners, team members, and customers
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, initiative, and superior decision-making skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and be fully remote
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
### Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a related field
- 5 or more years of customer service or contact center experience, including experience in Contact Center, Refunds, Baggage, Airport, or Inflight
- Proficiency in EZR/SHARES systems
- Experience working with complex customer complaints and escalations

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Base salary range: $48,735.00 to $63,494.00
- Bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards
