Job Summary

As a Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our students, parents, and staff through online chat communication. Key Responsibilities

- Engage with students, parents, and staff through live chat to provide assistance and answer inquiries promptly and professionally - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our online learning platform - Provide guidance and support to users navigating the online learning environment - Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive user experience

Requirements
