Job Summary
As a Customer Service Account Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, building customer loyalty, and driving revenue growth. You'll work closely with our team of experts to identify opportunities for additional products, services, and solutions that meet our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities
* Provide proactive and timely resolutions for customer inquiries and concerns
* Build customer loyalty and create value through thoughtful account management
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences using provided training tools, resources, and personal expertise
* Meet department productivity and quality standards
* Complete training requirements to develop new skills, expand knowledge, and grow within arenaflex
Qualifications
* High School Diploma/GED (Required)
* Knowledge of Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred)
* Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously
* At least 18 years of age
* Legally authorized to work in the United States
