As a Customer Success Associate, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and creating a memorable experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat.Role Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis. As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for communicating with new and potential customers, guiding them through the shopping experience, answering order questions, and supporting the team to build a successful brand. - Deliver Exceptional Service: Answer any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported.
- Empowered Decision-Making: Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand and drive business results.
- Customer Feedback and Insights: Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure that the needs of our customers are being met, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Meet Daily Interaction Numbers: Meet or exceed established daily interaction numbers every day, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Expected Hours and Shift Schedule
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be expected to work on a temporary, part-time basis, with scheduled shifts on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 2 PM to 10 PM EST. Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business, so flexibility is essential.Role Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- Minimum 2 Years of Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and meeting customer needs.
- Passion for arenaflex and Nuuly: A genuine passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products, with a desire to contribute to the success of our business.
