Job Summary
As an Area Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing multi-branch support, working closely with colleagues to deliver seamless customer experiences. You'll have the opportunity to travel between local branches, gaining valuable experience and exposure to diverse customer interactions. This role requires dependability, adaptability, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide coverage in all aspects of branch banking, including customer transactions, servicing customer needs, and identifying opportunities to provide advice and guidance
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining proper cash controls and balancing daily
- Provide excellent customer service, effectively resolving customer issues and educating customers on deposits, loans, and other banking products and services
- Strong comfort level with technology, educating customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking) to bank conveniently and manage their money
- Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
- Travel to multiple branch locations throughout the week, adapting to changing branch needs and priorities
- Perform other duties as assigned, including supporting colleagues in a branch and providing consistent and seamless experiences
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year customer service and branch banking experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing branch needs and priorities
- Dependable and adaptable, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, marketing)
- Cash handling experience and knowledge of banking products and services
- Career-minded individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building a career in the financial industry
- Military service in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar roles
- Notary licensing preferred
