Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Professional to join our team, driving client satisfaction and growth through exceptional support, education, and engagement. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class support, identifying opportunities for growth, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges, providing tailored support and solutions to drive success

  • Develop and deliver training programs, webinars, and online content to educate clients on our software and services
  • Utilize CRM tools (such as Zoho CRM) to track client interactions, identify trends, and inform business decisions
  • Host and facilitate webinars, online training sessions, and workshops to engage clients and promote knowledge sharing
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, improve processes, and automate workflows
  • Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and other resources to support client success
  • Analyze client feedback, sentiment, and behavior to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in Portuguese and strong English communication skills

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Support, or SaaS roles
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar support platforms
  • Experience using CRM tools (Zoho CRM is a plus)
  • Ability to host and facilitate webinars or online training
  • Passion for customer education and lifecycle engagement
  • Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing mindset
  • Process-oriented with a drive to identify improvements and automation
  • Collaborative team player with a desire to help build something from the ground up
