The Role

As an Energy Specialist - Customer Support, you'll be the main point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our Operations team to ensure seamless customer experiences, and you'll be empowered to make decisions that benefit our customers. Your role will involve:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other channels
  • Resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working collaboratively with the Operations team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Taking ownership of customer issues and finding creative solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for sustainability and renewable energy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • High level of organization and time management skills
  • Availability to work a standard schedule of Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Bonus Points

If you have:

  • Fluency in Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Hindi, Urdu, Yoruba, and/or Arabic
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
