Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Operations Specialist, you'll support the efforts of our Customer Success Managers and Account Managers by performing a variety of administrative tasks, providing onboarding consultations, and proactive assistance to our smaller customers portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Playing a critical role in our Essentials onboarding and management, using our tech-touch approach, guiding new customers through the product functionality and how best to apply it to their business.
- Providing managed services to customers either directly or via the CS Operations team to augment the customer's role in the administration and management of their platform solutions.
- Supporting our Customer Success Team and Account Management with ongoing maintenance and customer data initiatives.
- Joining internal team and customer calls to discuss solution maintenance and solution administration challenges.
- Consistently communicating our value and demonstrating arenaflex products' ROI for our customers throughout their lifecycle.
- Being responsible for customer renewals, ensuring continued success and alignment between our solutions and the customer's evolving needs.
- Working with the customer and internal teams to simplify, standardize, document, and potentially automate tasks and processes to improve efficiencies around platform administration.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role or customer operations type role within a software or technology company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to use it to analyze data and develop reports.
- A passion for problem-solving and innovation, with a desire to make processes more efficient for customers and field teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
