About the Team
Our MHD CST Team is a dynamic and collaborative group of service associates who work together to ensure that our merchants have a seamless experience with arenaflex's Merchant services. As a Customer Support Associate/Senior Associate, you will be an integral part of this team, working closely with our merchants to resolve their concerns and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
About the Role
As a Customer Support Associate/Senior Associate, you will be responsible for handling concerns and complaints raised by our merchants on multiple social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our merchants receive excellent customer service and support, while also meeting our daily task targets and maintaining a positive customer experience. You will be expected to:
- Resolve day-to-day queries of our merchants via chat
- Oversee the day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology
- Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and arenaflex, and ensure a positive customer service experience
- Develop and implement a timeline to achieve targets
- Previous experience in team handling Chat/email Support
