Experienced Full Stack Customer Engineer – Web & Cloud Application Development

As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers succeed with our platform. You'll work closely with our engineering and operations teams to build integrations, configure the core arenaflex platform, and resolve technical challenges. You'll also build and maintain internal tools to empower our operations teams and identify opportunities to automate internal processes.

Our Stack

Our technology stack includes Python, SQL, Django, Django Rest Framework, Javascript, React, Tailwind CSS, React Native, and AWS. As a Customer Engineer, you'll work primarily with Python and SQL, and you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Technical Implementations: Understanding customer needs and assisting them with onboarding to arenaflex, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Product Expertise: Developing a deep understanding of arenaflex' capabilities and assisting customers in optimizing their deployment.
• Customization: Working closely with customers to customize solutions to meet their specific needs and requirements.
• Tool Building: Designing and deploying tools both internally and externally to scale arenaflex to the world's largest companies.
• Escalation Handling: Handling and escalating technical issues as needed to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

• Comfortable diving into the weeds and has a broad technical knowledge.
• Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with a high degree of autonomy.
• Has a hunger to learn new topics quickly and is always looking for opportunities to grow and develop.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 4+ years of proven track record of relevant experience.
• Good working knowledge of Python, SQL, and Javascript.
• Experience in exploratory data analysis and cleaning.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and diving into the weeds of our business.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Compensation

We offer a competitive base salary of $130,000 to $160,000, plus equity. Range(s) is subject to change, and we take a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including market comparables, interview performance, peer compensation, and years of experience.
