We're responsible for digitizing food service distributors with our AI technology and digital ordering solutions, enabling them to run more profitable and less wasteful businesses. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll join a team that's passionate about making a difference in the food industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing and owning the execution of premium supplier distributor relationships, driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Taking ownership of our enterprise accounts in the German market, developing and executing strategies to drive growth and retention
- Supporting account executives during the negotiation stage and taking ownership of relationships once commercial agreements have been signed
- Preparing and leading trainings for new partners to ensure a seamless onboarding process
- Spending 1-2 days on site with vendors as they launch our arenaflex AI proposition, ensuring their team is fully equipped to integrate the product into their daily operations
- Upselling new propositions and agreeing on contract renewals with existing partners
- Liaising between partners and cross-functional internal teams, such as integrations, to ensure timely delivery of our solutions according to partner needs
- Sharing vendor learnings and feedback with the product and marketing team to drive activities toward acquisition and engagement
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager who can drive growth and sustainability in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years of experience in an externally-facing project management or customer success role
- Experience managing complex, enterprise accounts
- A strong work ethic with a motivation to always improve and grow for yourself and the team
- A can-do attitude, willing to roll up your sleeves, and get things done
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, able to articulate complex technical solutions to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, setting, and maintaining high standards
- Fluency in German (written and spoken)
- A team-first mentality and a passion for making a difference in the food industry

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- A base salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience
