We're looking for a talented Customer Training Specialist to join our team and help us ensure our customers are empowered to leverage our platform to its fullest potential. This role will provide one-to-many and self-serve training resources to support our customers at scale, driving customer satisfaction and adoption.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Training Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Evaluating the customer journey by customer segment, leveraging customer feedback, and determining the right mix of educational offerings and delivery mechanisms to maximize effectiveness.
- Delivering client-facing training and webinars that are easy to absorb across a wide variety of business and technical users across all levels of the organization.
- Planning, advertising, facilitating, and reporting on virtual training, including webinars, on-demand videos, learning hours, etc., to ensure customers are achieving value.
- Monitoring training effectiveness and customer satisfaction and responding quickly to make improvements to content.
- Supporting new products/programs to ensure successful launch and adoption.
- Leveraging data to assess effectiveness of instruction and certify that users are proficient in technology use and are able to meet customer KPIs.
- Providing recurring status updates to team and leadership on customer education program success criteria and progress on targeted learning outcomes.
- Partnering with multiple departments, such as Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Sales, to build a world-class customer experience that delivers the right content to the right customer at the right time.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience developing and delivering customer training programs, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth startup environment.
- A passion for ensuring a positive customer experience.
- A high degree of organization and proficiency in leveraging a variety of tools to develop learning resources, such as videos, webinars, articles, workshops, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong storytelling ability.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Experience in building successful internal business relationships and facilitating external conversations at all levels.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment where requirements are not always well defined and priorities change frequently.
- Ability to adjust priorities to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in Spanish a plus.
