Your Responsibilities
As a Customer AI Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Base Prompt Design and Iteration: Create and optimize base prompts that will be used to supercharge our customers' content creation pipelines. You'll work closely with our Customer Success team to determine the best approach for each customer's unique needs.
* Linguistic Expertise: Utilize your understanding of linguistics to craft search patterns used to enforce customer formatting guidelines in their content. Your expertise will help ensure that our customers receive high-quality content that meets their specific requirements.
* Prompt Chain Design: Collaborate with our team to design, develop, and evaluate prompt chains for specific content creation tasks. You'll work closely with our engineering team to integrate your prompt engineering work seamlessly into our product.
* Technical Scoping: Work with stakeholders in Customer Success and with our customers to scope projects and define best practices for using what you create. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
* Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of prompt engineering processes and outcomes, and share innovative techniques with the team. Your ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner will be invaluable in helping our team stay up-to-date on the latest developments.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with our engineering team members to integrate your prompt engineering work seamlessly into our product. Your ability to work effectively with others will be essential in ensuring that our product meets the needs of our customers.

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field
* Solid coding proficiency using Python
* Professional experience in prompt design and a deep understanding of linguistic principles
* Expertise working with search patterns for morphology and word patterns
* Proven experience in designing, developing, and evaluating base prompts
* Knowledge of natural language processing and machine learning concepts is a plus
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
