Key Responsibilities:

Inquiry Management:

Provide proactive, clear, and efficient support to our users and drivers by answering their questions and resolving their concerns.

Customer and Driver Complaints:

Handle complaints in a timely and effective manner, providing solutions and alternatives that meet the needs of our customers and drivers.

Supply and Demand Matching:

Monitor daily operations activities and proactively engage drivers to ensure maximum fulfillment rates.

Company Procedures:

Understand and follow company procedures to provide accurate, valid, and complete information to our customers.

What You'll Need:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or other college experience preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year experience in service, customer support, food and beverage, retail, or other high-volume e-commerce platforms.
