What does the Customer Service Department do?
Our Customer Service Department uses technology to connect every corner of our society, providing positive, proactive, enthusiastic, and professional attitudes to assist users and driver partners in resolving any issues they may encounter. We strive to create unforgettable experiences for our customers and make their interactions with arenaflex seamless and enjoyable.

Job Responsibilities:
* Utilize real-time communication systems, email, and phone to handle customer inquiries and issues.
* Process customer driver partner consultations, problems, and complaints according to company standards.
* Provide user feedback information to relevant departments to optimize service processes.
* Enter customer service interaction details and relevant data into the backend system accurately.
* Identify complex cases and submit them to senior team members or managers for resolution.
We're looking for someone like you:
* Positive, proactive, enthusiastic, and polite personality.
* Good emotional management and problem-solving skills.
* Availability to work on weekends and public holidays, with a schedule of 08:00-21:00 (8 hours a day + 1 hour break).
* Welcome to recent graduates or those with no experience; we provide comprehensive education and training to support your growth as a customer service expert.
Work Benefits:
* Monthly salary: HKD 31,000-35,000 (dependent on ability).
* Welcome to those with no experience or relevant experience; salary will be determined based on individual ability.
