About You
We're looking for a seasoned Digital Customer Success Manager who is passionate about driving customer adoption and growth. If you have a proven track record of success in Sales or Sales Development, or Customer Success experience, we want to hear from you. Here are some key qualifications we're looking for:
- 1+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Development, or Customer Success experience
- Ability to manage and maintain a high volume of customers
- Experience owning onboarding, retention/churn, renewals, and upsells
- Subject matter expertise and ability to demonstrate, train, and help clients get value from our solution
- Proactive approach to advising customers to ensure they're adopting, leveraging, and getting value from our solution through multiple champions across teams
- Strong track record of consistently achieving over goal
- Self-learner and self-starter, able to become a product expert and customer advocate by leading product and use case specific trainings
- Ability to partner with Account Managers to expand relationships across teams and applications that grow revenue and expand executive relationships
- Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Interest in getting a foot into the CS world with growth opportunities
- Love for start-ups is a must!
Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining a high volume of customers to ensure they're adopting, leveraging, and getting value from our solution
- Owning onboarding, retention/churn, renewals, and upsells to drive customer growth and adoption
- Partnering with Account Managers to expand relationships across teams and applications that grow revenue and expand executive relationships
- Proactively advising customers to ensure they're getting the most out of our solution through multiple champions across teams
- Leading product and use case specific trainings to become a product expert and customer advocate
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams such as engineering, sales, account management, product, and support
- Developing and executing customer success strategies to drive customer adoption and growth
