As a key member of our Customer Support Team, you'll have the opportunity to assist our customers and pharmacy partners with questions, while resolving order changes, cancellations, refunds, and related tasks. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone
  • Reviewing and responding to 50-70 support tickets daily
  • Communicating with pharmacy partners, patients, and internal team members
  • Answering questions about prescription orders, refunds, tracking, and delivery, and related issues

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree (entry-level applicants are welcome!)
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, and/or pharmacy experience
  • Proactive energy to thrive in a fast-paced tech startup environment
  • Support skills over phone, chat, and email
  • Preferred experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or Gladly is ideal
  • Outstanding customer service skills, including active listening and de-escalation

Work Environment and Company Culture

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be working in a fast-paced tech startup environment. Our office is located in Tempe, Arizona, and we offer a hybrid schedule with on-site work three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday). You'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer support.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $20.00. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K. You'll also receive 15 days of paid vacation in the first year, then increases to 20 days after one year, and 11 paid holidays.
