Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and supporting our sales administration functions. Key Responsibilities:

* Implement and manage customer service order processing, including ticket ordering and resolution

  • Prepare and manage daily and monthly usage revenue reports for the management team, providing insights and recommendations for business growth
  • Develop and maintain monthly usage statements and customer service reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Support daily customer service operations and sales administration functions, collaborating with the service team to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Provide backup support to the Customer Service Officer and Service Administrator, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and events, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* University graduate with 1-3 years of working experience in customer service, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Experience working in multinational companies, particularly in the banking and finance sector, is highly desirable
  • Customer-oriented and result-driven, with a strong drive to win and exceed customer expectations
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SFDC), with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with knowledge of Mandarin an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of salesforce automation and customer relationship management

  • Knowledge of salesforce development and customization is an added advantage
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
