The Role As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for guiding SMB customers through their 1Password lifecycle, providing expert guidance, and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes. You'll work closely with our Onboarding and Account Management teams to establish long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor to our customers. Your primary focus will be on customer retention, driving adoption rates, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The Role
