We're now seeking an experienced Customer Care Consultant to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service across multiple channels, handling complex customer cases with professionalism and a customer-centric mindset, and working closely with other e-commerce departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional service across multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media
* Handling complex customer cases with a high level of professionalism and customer-centric mindset
* Actively managing customer service-related documents for internal tracking and cross-team awareness
* Maintaining a high level of service awareness at all times
* Working cross-functionally with other e-commerce departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Supporting the reporting manager with ad-hoc tasks and duties
* Collaborating with the customer service team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
* Providing proactive solutions to customer inquiries and issues
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issues
* Participating in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Care Consultant at arenaflex, you'll need:
* A degree, high diploma, or associate degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)
* Experience in customer service or related fields is highly preferred, with experience in the e-commerce industry being a plus
* Fluency in Chinese and English for both spoken and written communication
* Experience with CRM, case management, and live chat tools is preferred
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and relationship management
* A proactive solutions mindset, with strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to multi-task and troubleshoot complex customer issues
* Proficiency in basic administrative office suite software, such as MS Office and Google Drive
* Availability to work during weekends, busy periods, and/or public holidays
