Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Customer Success at arenaflex

Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Analyst – Customer Success at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support to Engagement Managers, answering analytics questions, and improving the code base
• Analyzing data to discover trends, root causes, anomalies, and other concerns to drive value for customers
• Validating customer concerns and developing solutions, responses, or recommendations
• Maintaining and improving data pipelines written in Python, ideally with experience using the Kedro framework
• Developing, monitoring, and iterating on production ML models (Machine Learning) as a plus and a huge differentiator
• Working with large amounts of data by writing and editing SQL queries
• Experience with time series data analysis on large amounts of data
• Automotive or telematics data experience a plus

Security and Privacy Responsibilities:

As a Data Analyst – Customer Success at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Following our policy and procedure documents related to security and privacy
• Following the guidelines in the Employee Handbook
• Following the OWASP Top 10 guidelines when implementing and reviewing code
• Participating in new hire and annual training for security and privacy
• Treating data security and privacy as one of your primary job responsibilities
• Reporting Security Incidents you discover as bugs
• Getting approval from the Security Team before adding new 3rd party software to our codebase
• Explicitly considering security implications when doing PR reviews

Expertise and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 3-6 years of experience working as a full-time data analyst
• Proficiency in Python
• Comfortable exploring and answering questions with data and SQL
• Ability to analyze data, answer questions, and summarize results
• Experience owning a project from design to implementation
• Build analytic dashboards to help customers understand their data
• Experience with developing, monitoring, and iterating on production ML models (Machine Learning) a plus
• Automotive or telematics data experience a plus
