Key Responsibilities

As a Customer On/Off Boarding Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring open channels of communication with all clients, including email, CRM tickets, calls, and onsite visits
  • Prioritizing and scheduling client calls with the appropriate parties
  • Responding timely and accurately to client requests and escalations
  • Becoming knowledgeable about each client in your portfolio and their expectations
  • Liaising with the Customer Success team and other internal stakeholders to remain updated on the client at the strategic level
  • Understanding how payroll taxes will affect each client in your portfolio
  • Serving as an expert on arenaflex Tax Systems and procedures
  • Contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications and experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3-5 years of customer service, tax, and/or payroll experience
  • Working knowledge of Federal, State, and Local tax rules and requirements
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Self-directed management of work and results
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Excellent time management skills

Preferred Skills

While not required, the following skills are preferred:

  • Associate's degree or higher
  • Payroll outsourcing and/or Shared Services experience
