As a Data Center Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver our goals, missions, and tasks efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Center Technician, you'll be responsible for:
- Contributing to and leading efforts/tasks in the deployment, maintenance, and support of modern and new data center infrastructure
- Participating in or leading complex troubleshooting and resolving essential or escalated technical problems
- Testing and troubleshooting new server hardware components and designs
- Configuring and troubleshooting Linux OS-related problems on servers
- Deploying and maintaining arenaflex's superior Data Center Server and Network Infrastructure
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including hardware, networking, and Linux
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware/community problems, using Linux tools
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and diagnosing computer, server, and network hardware
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with teams to resolve problems
- Experience with mild coding or scripting, challenge control, and leadership (preferred)
