Job Description

As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to manage relationships between clients and our company. You'll be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, feedback, and more, playing a crucial role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction. You'll engage with customers via online chat platforms, such as Facebook Messenger, providing assistance and support tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage relationships between clients and arenaflex, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction

• Engage with customers via online chat platforms, providing timely and effective support
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues that may arise
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

Position Details:

* Rate: $35 per hour

• Location: Remote, with opportunities available worldwide (candidates from the United States are preferred)
• Requirements:

+ Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet + Reliable internet connectivity + Basic English writing skills

• Skills/Background Needed:

+ No prior experience in live chat work is required + Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role
