Job Summary
We are seeking highly skilled and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Seasonal Customer Service Associates, working from home. As a Seasonal Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and addressing their queries in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering escalated emails and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Working queues related to orders not shipping, ensuring that customers receive their orders in a timely manner
- Making outbound calls to customers to resolve their queries and address their concerns
- Processing TrustArc Requests and Order Updates
- Collaborating with our CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and addressing their queries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
To be successful as a Seasonal Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to empathize with our customers
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and energy levels, even in stressful situations
- Proficiency in utilizing the telephone in customer contact
- Basic knowledge of personal computers and business operations
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work extended hours, including Saturdays, during peak season
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable for this role:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with order processing and fulfillment
