The Role

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing customer success strategies that drive adoption, retention, and growth for our nursing health education customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement individualized customer success plans and strategies, ensuring the health, goals, and objectives of our customers are met, and business value is realized.

Responsibilities

* Work closely with administrators, faculty, and students of our partnership accounts to learn and discover their needs/goals

  • Translate the needs/goals of key stakeholders into a Customer Success plan
  • Organize, document, and refine customer data throughout the partnership
  • Manage and take point on issues, as the customer advocate
  • Use teaching skills that support customer onboarding plans
  • Conduct training with elevated customer product value-driven conversations
  • Provide customers with high-level service and develop innovative solutions to meet customers' business needs
  • Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to develop and execute account strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including administrators, faculty, and students
  • Analyze customer data and provide insights to inform customer success strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive customer success

Requirements

* Prior customer success experience, preferably in the healthcare or education industry

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of collaboration and adaptability
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, with occasional overnight stays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or education industry

  • Familiarity with customer success software and tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, preferably using tools like Excel or Tableau
  • Strong understanding of the nursing health education industry and its trends and developments
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, preferably including Spanish or other languages commonly spoken in the healthcare industry
