As a Junior Financial Analyst / Customer Success at arenaflex, you'll have the chance to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about innovation and customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for performing reconciliation of financial documentation for real estate properties using our industry-leading technology, assisting and supporting clients in utilizing our software effectively, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform reconciliation of financial documentation for real estate properties using our industry-leading technology.
- Assist and support clients in utilizing our software effectively to manage their real estate investments.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance on optimizing their use of our platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Gain and maintain a deep understanding of our software capabilities and updates to provide informed support to clients.
Essential Qualifications
* Passion about enterprise technology, finance, and real estate
- Pro-active and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and the motivation to develop your career

- Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications
