Position Overview

As a member of our remote sales team, you will work closely with clients to identify their insurance needs and provide personalized life and health insurance solutions. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential and a clear path for professional growth. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, presenting and recommending insurance products, following up with leads, and managing your own sales pipeline. arenaflex will provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship to support your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients remotely, building trust and understanding their insurance needs

  • Present and recommend appropriate life and health insurance products, ensuring clients receive the best possible solutions
  • Follow up with leads and manage your own sales pipeline, utilizing effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Complete required licensing and training, with support provided by arenaflex's dedicated training team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and best practices

• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing roles

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting, with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Willing to obtain or currently holds a life insurance license, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
