As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to fostering positive relationships with our clientele and ensuring their queries are promptly addressed and their concerns are resolved. You'll be involved in engaging projects that focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform, helping to maintain high customer satisfaction levels and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information via live chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and helpful responses to their questions and concerns.

  • Assist customers in navigating the arenaflex website and online store, providing guidance on product selection, pricing, and availability.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner, using your problem-solving skills and attention to detail to find effective solutions.
  • Offer product recommendations and assist with order placement, helping customers to find the perfect products for their creative projects.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their problems.
  • Ensure customer interactions are handled with a high level of empathy and professionalism, using your excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, using your organizational skills to keep track of customer information and preferences.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service experience, sharing best practices and ideas to enhance the customer journey.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and find effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat platforms is a plus, but not essential – we're happy to provide training and support to the right candidate.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others, a genuine desire to make a positive impact on customers' lives.
  • Basic knowledge of Arts and Crafts products is advantageous, but not essential – we're happy to provide training and support to the right candidate.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours from home, with the ability to work a variable schedule that meets the needs of the business.
