Experienced Bilingual Customer Support Representative – Remote Customer Service

Job Summary:

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients across various lines of business. You'll respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and educate customers on our products and services. Your excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate and timely support to resolve issues and concerns

  • Research and resolve complex customer complaints, escalating issues to management as needed
  • Effectively educate customers on the value and benefits of our products and services, influencing their purchasing decisions
  • Identify customer trends and communicate insights to business partners, leaders, and divisions to inform product development and service improvements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer service policies, procedures, and product information to ensure accurate and consistent support
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to resolve customer inquiries related to orders and provide support for benefit fairs, open enrollment meetings, and client meetings
  • Process claims and perform other tasks as required by the line of business

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center, insurance, manufacturing, software, telecommunications, retail, or eyewear industry

  • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing incoming calls and inquiries
  • Demonstrated internet knowledge and understanding of basic internet browser settings
  • Ability to work with multiple software programs simultaneously, including MS Office package
  • Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills, with the ability to ask relevant questions to identify customer needs
  • Proven problem-solving, negotiations, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use discretion and judgment in applying customer/call handling guidelines
  • Ability to listen, process transactions, and interact with customers simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work any shift, including weekends, holidays, and/or overnight

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote customer service environment

  • Knowledge of online purchasing and e-commerce platforms
  • Familiarity with payment processing and payment collections
  • Experience with quality assurance testing for software applications

Work Environment:

* Remote work environment with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection

  • Access to a wired headset and wired connection to a router/modem
  • Download speed of 50 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps, with loaded latency under 150 ms
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being part of a collaborative team

Compensation and Benefits:

* Competitive salary range of $15.75 - $22.58, based on experience and other job-related factors
