The Role

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of inbound calls with efficiency, courtesy, and a customer-centric approach. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing large amounts of inbound calls with precision and professionalism
  • Following conversation prompts and scripts to ensure seamless handling of different topics
  • Identifying customers' needs, clarifying their information, researching their issues, and providing solutions and/or alternatives to resolve their problems
  • Seizing opportunities to upsell products and services when they arise
  • Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by going the extra mile when possible
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of all conversations in our call center database
  • Participating in educational seminars to enhance knowledge and performance level
  • Meeting or exceeding personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center environment
  • A proven track record of over-achievement on quotas and targets
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, including active listening skills
  • Comfortability with CRM systems and best practices
  • An empathetic customer focus, with the ability to manage diverse personality types
  • The ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • A high school degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • Experience with arenaflex's CRM system or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools
  • A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
