The Role

As an Experienced Entry-Level Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for engaging with customers across various platforms, providing solutions, and fostering loyalty. You will hone your communication skills while navigating diverse inquiries with a positive attitude, embracing continuous learning and adaptability in a supportive, remote environment. Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on arenaflex's websites and social media accounts

  • Respond to support questions from existing customers and sales questions from potential new customers
  • Provide solutions and foster loyalty through empathetic and efficient communication
  • Navigate diverse inquiries with a positive attitude, adapting to changing situations
  • Continuously learn and improve communication skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Work independently, following provided steps and instructions to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Maintain a reliable internet connection and have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

Contract and Compensation:

* No fixed term contract

  • Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour
  • Opportunity to work 10+ hours per week, with flexibility to adjust as needed

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently, following provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection
  • 10+ hours availability per week
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat software

* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or online

  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
