Responsibilities and Essential Functions
As our Customer Analytics Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a Customer Analyst and partnering with Marketing and eComm to build the dashboards, frameworks, and read-outs that inform core decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer-Data Roadmap and Centralized Warehouse: Own the customer-data roadmap and future centralized warehouse, setting ingestion priorities, defining schemas, and enforcing data-quality SLAs.
- Marketing-Performance Dashboards: Oversee, QA, and evolve marketing-performance dashboards covering CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohort curves, and contribution margin.
- Lift Tests and Incrementality Studies: Lead design and analysis of lift tests and incrementality studies, translating findings into channel-budget and offer recommendations.
- Attribution Models: Build and iterate multi-touch or geo-based attribution models that balance statistical rigor with business usability.
- Measurement Plans: Partner with the Performance Marketing Manager to set measurement plans for new channels, audiences, and creative tests.
- Segmentation and Churn Prediction: Collaborate with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager on segmentation, churn prediction, and personalized-offer scoring.
- Team Management: Manage and mentor one Data Analyst, establishing priorities, QA processes, and professional-development plans.
- Insight Read-Outs: Present monthly insight read-outs and opportunity backlogs to senior leadership.
- Analytics and Tools: Evaluate and implement new analytics & tools that improve data capabilities.
Qualifications, Skills, and Education
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
5+ years of marketing or customer-analytics experience
in DTC or ecommerce.
Deep understanding of advanced marketing-measurement frameworks
(MMM, geo-incrementality, cross-channel attribution) and proven ability to apply them.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and BI tools
and data-modeling for cloud warehouses.
Proficiency in Python, R, or similar modeling languages
for statistical analysis, forecasting, and machine-learning pipelines.
Proven track record building attribution models
and cohort-based LTV analyses.
Experience designing A/B or geo-lift tests
and communicating out results.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we're particularly interested in candidates with:
- Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
Work Environment and Company Culture

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $126,547.00 - $196,148.00, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
