Responsibilities:
As a Traveler Support Counselor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our travelers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage Inbound Service Calls: Assist customers with making reservation changes, educate them on tour itineraries, process payments, and respond to inquiries.
- Advise, Book, and Update Airline Reservations: Use code-based software to advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary.
- Communicate Comprehensive Information: Share detailed information with travelers about our products and policies.

Qualifications:
