Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Customer Project Manager to join our Healthcare Services and Solutions Delivery team in New England. As a Customer Project Manager, you'll play a vital role in managing multiple implementations across the healthcare continuum, ensuring a stellar customer experience, and driving business growth.
Your Role
As a Customer Project Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing multiple implementations that vary in scope, size, and complexity, including IT solutions, capital equipment installation, and systems integration.
- Coordinating, leading, and motivating a diverse cross-functional team of internal and external Sales, Clinical, and Technical resources in coordination with the hospital-provided project manager or point(s) of contact.
- Ensuring site readiness and adherence to project timelines, advising on project plans, and providing daily updates on project status and activities.
- Traveling up to 75% of the time within the zone, covering New England and Eastern NY.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management and IT Integration within a Healthcare Environment (preferably in Healthcare Information Technology, Patient Monitoring, Telemetry, or Nursing Informatics).
- A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or equivalent.
- Robust leadership skills, paired with the ability to influence across all project resources/stakeholders, and excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- The ability to successfully perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with PMI certification and project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
How We Work Together
At arenaflex, we believe that we're better together than apart. Our office-based teams work in-person at least 3 days per week, while onsite roles require full-time presence in our facilities. Field roles, like this one, are most effectively done outside of our main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

The pay range for this position in CT, MA, or NY is $98,280 to $157,248. The pay range for this position in NH or VT is $87,750 to $140,400. Actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
Additional Information
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
