About the role
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll partner with our CS team to develop a scalable CS playbook and framework that supports the cultural and business needs of our customers in Korea. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building, maintaining, and owning strong relationships with a book of 50 enterprise clients in Korea.
- Partnering with new clients to drive long-term adoption of multiple products.
- Monitoring customer usage and adoption of our products to identify areas for improvement or revenue expansion.
- Owning expansion and renewal of accounts within your book of business – this is a commercial role.
- Owning your customer success KPIs (NRR/GRR) and contributing to CS OKR goals.
What you bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5-7 years of previous experience in Customer Success in a fast-paced, SaaS organization.
- Experience demonstrating and unlocking value for customers in Korea with technical, mission-critical products (such as conversational AI).
- Commercial experience – you'll own renewals and expansion for your book of business, driving towards best-in-class NRR results.
- A strong builder mindset with a relentless focus on customer excellence and scalable product solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish, nurture, and maintain relationships across all levels of customer organizations, including complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to address diverse customer challenges and drive optimal outcomes.
- Fluency in Korean and English.
