Job Summary

As a Senior Customer Service Analyst, you'll be responsible for delivering post-sales support and solutions to our customers, resolving customer inquiries, and facilitating customer relationships with Support. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide timely and effective solutions, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, providing timely and effective solutions to customer issues

  • Answer technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services, ensuring customers have the knowledge and resources they need to succeed
  • Facilitate customer relationships with Support, building trust and rapport with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Support, Sales, and Product Development, to identify and address customer pain points and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features, updates, and best practices
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing strategic decisions and driving business growth

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a support or service-oriented environment

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on problem-solving and resolution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on meeting customer needs and expectations
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, Communications, or Computer Science

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a support or service-oriented environment, preferably in the industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as ITIL or Six Sigma
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
