Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Creating value for customers by ensuring they clearly define business outcomes and build a tailored success plan with the right objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks, and metrics to achieve them
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with business decision-makers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Mapping the customer's business process to product capability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align resources and manage to measurable business and technology outcomes
  • Managing complex projects, aligning resources, and managing to measurable business and technology outcomes
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success strategies and processes

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager or lead Customer Management role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
  • Proven ability to map the customer's business process to product capability, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices
  • Experience in the Manufacturing or Retail industry, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing businesses in these sectors
  • Top-notch executive engagement skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with business decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills that establish Trusted Advisor relationships with clients, with a focus on building trust, credibility, and rapport
  • Strong organizational/time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, align resources, and manage to measurable business and technology outcomes
  • Cultural awareness and appreciation for diversity, with a commitment to creating an inclusive and respectful work environment
  • Prior experience with ERP, CRM, and Analytics SW support or implementation, with a strong understanding of the technical requirements and challenges facing businesses in these areas
