Job Summary
As a Customer Support Specialist - EMEA, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers across multiple channels, including tickets, chat, email, and online meetings. You'll work closely with our Level 2 (L2) team to find solutions to complex technical issues and help troubleshoot our API. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional support to customers across multiple channels, including tickets, chat, email, and online meetings
- Collaborate with our L2 team to find solutions to complex technical issues
- Troubleshoot our API and solve technical problems
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Performance Messaging solutions and their applications
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed support and guidance to customers
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues

Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in API troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, business administration, or communications
Preferred Qualifications
