As a Payroll (PAY) and HRIS Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the future of work while making a meaningful impact on our customers' success. You'll be a trusted advisor and advocate for our customers, working closely with our Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to develop and improve our payroll and HRIS products. Your ability to foster trust, deliver value, and drive customer engagement will be crucial in preserving existing business and transforming our customers into life-long partners.

What you bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a wealth of experience in customer-facing roles within the international Payroll/HR tech space. You'll have a deep understanding of global payroll software, systems, and tools, as well as knowledge of HR/payroll compliance and regulations. Your ability to onboard, grow, retain, and develop customer relationships will be essential, as will your skills in building strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of customer and internal organizations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Payroll Customer Success Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a deep understanding and expertise for arenaflex Payroll and HRIS product(s) and services
  • Taking responsibility for the entire customer journey, growing them into long-term partners with a direct focus on payroll services
  • Long-term customer relationship management, ensuring the success and satisfaction of payroll customers
  • Owning client retention & expansion, within payroll products and services
  • Identifying upselling & cross-selling opportunities, managing campaigns and product promotion, and introducing new payroll features to our clients/complementary products (EOR, Contractor Management, Talent, Equity, and HRIS)
  • Monitoring customer complaints and providing assistance to solve any concerns or problems related to our Global Payroll (PAY) and HRIS product(s)
  • Gathering customer feedback regularly and sharing it with our Payroll, Product, Sales, Global Operations, Finance, Legal, and Growth teams, with a focus on payroll product and customer experience enhancements
  • Working closely with the Payroll and Sales team to ensure the right expectations are set for payroll customers
  • Educating and training customers on key payroll information and processes to set them up for success
  • Monitoring account & customer health, preventing churn, and managing escalations, particularly those related to payroll issues

arenaflex Compensation Philosophy

At arenaflex, we believe in fair, unbiased compensation and fair equity pay, along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate. We don't agree to or encourage cheap-labor practices, and we ensure to pay above in-location rates. Our salary bands may seem wide, but we use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while hiring globally. On-Target Earnings for this position is between $36,950 USD – $83,100 USD. The base salary is 80%.
