Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Agent to join our APAC team at arenaflex. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in the APAC region, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide business-fluent support in spoken and written Japanese and English to customers in the APAC region

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services
  • Provide product training and support to customers
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Work collaboratively with the customer support team to achieve shared goals

Requirements

* Business-fluent in spoken and written Japanese and English

  • Experienced in electronic and mechanical product servicing process with strong hands-on ability
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, engineering, computer science)

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of electronic and mechanical products
  • Business-fluent in spoken and written Japanese and English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, engineering, computer science)
