Key Responsibilities
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Providing exceptional service delivery, handling a high volume of customer interactions with ease and professionalism.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
