Job Summary
We're seeking Seasonal Customer Support Representatives to join our team for the 2024/2025 tax season. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, or chat. You'll work closely with our teams to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
