Your Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Crew Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Entering and reviewing basic data (lists, records, digital forms) with attention to detail and accuracy
- Assigning and tracking tasks for a small team of 3–5 teen data entry workers, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained
- Organizing team spreadsheets and reports to help us deliver quality results
- Reporting weekly progress to a senior remote coordinator and providing feedback on team performance
- Helping new hires understand basic tools and task flow, and providing support and guidance as needed
- Collaborating with your team to achieve shared goals and objectives
You're a Great Fit If You
* Are between 16–18 and based in the U.S.
- Have strong attention to detail and basic tech skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Enjoy helping others stay organized and are willing to lend a hand when needed
- Can follow instructions and lead with kindness, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Have access to a computer and reliable internet, and are comfortable working independently
- Are motivated to learn and grow, and are eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities
Pay & Perks
As a Teen Data Entry Crew Manager, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $16–$20/hour, based on performance. You'll also have the opportunity to earn bonuses for team accuracy or meeting goals, and will receive:
